Phase 1 alone runs to about 73,000 sqm built up, with a convention centre seating around 11,000 and its own metro station on the Airport Express Line.

The newest big venue in Delhi
Yashobhoomi opened in September 2023 at Dwarka Sector 25, built and run by India International Convention and Exhibition Centre Limited under DPIIT. Phase 1 is roughly 73,000 square metres of built-up area, with a convention centre seating about 11,000 across its auditorium, Grand Ballroom and thirteen meeting centres. The Grand Ballroom holds around 2,500, or close to 3,000 once the adjoining outdoor area is used. Later phases take the whole project past 890,000 square metres, which would make it one of the largest convention venues in Asia.
Because it is new, most exhibitors have not built here before. That cuts both ways: the halls are clean and well serviced, but there is less accumulated folklore about which gate to use and how long the freight lift queue runs on move-in day.
What we build here
Two kinds of work. In the exhibition halls, custom wooden trade stands: backlit fascias, private meeting rooms, product walls, double-height branding. In the convention centre, event production: stage sets, entrance and registration branding, lounges, and lighting for conferences, launches and award nights.
Either way the method is the same. Design and drawings first, joinery in our own workshop, and finished modules trucked to site so install is assembly rather than construction. Nothing is handed to an outside fabricator.
The metro is a genuine advantage
Yashobhoomi has its own station on the Airport Express Line, sitting at the Dwarka Sector 25 end of the line. For a delegate-heavy conference that is worth designing around. It changes where your visitors arrive from, and therefore where the entrance branding needs to be.
Planning a build here
Ask the organiser for the hall plan and the build-up window early. On a venue this new the safest assumption is that nothing about access is obvious, and the difference between a comfortable install and a bad night is usually a question asked three weeks earlier.

No. Design, joinery and finishing happen in our own workshop and our own crew installs. The team that draws it is the team that builds it.
Can you work to a tight build-up window?
That is exactly why we pre-assemble. Modules arrive finished, so site work is bolting, levelling and wiring rather than carpentry.
