The biggest halls in the NCR
India Expo Centre & Mart, run by India Exposition Mart Limited, sits in Knowledge Park II in Greater Noida. It has thirteen climatised exhibition halls with more than 85,000 square metres of rentable space, roughly 77,000 square metres indoors and another 107,000 outdoors, plus 29 meeting rooms. Halls run from compact 2,000 square metre modules up to Hall 14 at around 15,000 square metres, which is pillarless and high enough for machinery and vehicle displays.
That scale is the attraction and the problem. Big halls mean big neighbours, and a modest stand in a hall full of two-storey builds disappears. It also means move-in is genuinely industrial. The number of trucks trying to reach a dock on the same morning is not something you want to meet unprepared.
How we handle a Greater Noida build
We pre-assemble in the workshop and truck finished modules in, so a double-storey stand can go up inside the slot the organiser gives you. Site work becomes bolting, levelling, wiring and snagging instead of carpentry, which is the only way tight overnight windows work.
The other planning point is the state line. Greater Noida is Uttar Pradesh and our workshop is in Delhi, so the movement and its paperwork get scheduled deliberately rather than assumed. It is routine, but only if it is planned.
Stands that hold their own in a big hall
In halls this size, height and light do the work. A backlit fascia that reads from the far end of an aisle, a raised floor, a mezzanine meeting room. Those are what stop a good product being invisible. Ask about the height allowance for your specific hall before the concept is drawn; Hall 14 and a 2,000 sqm module are not the same conversation.
Getting there
Knowledge Park II station on the Noida Metro Aqua Line is about 300 metres away, roughly a three-minute walk, which is unusually close for a venue of this size.

Can you build a double-storey stand here?
Often yes, and the larger halls have the clear height for it. It needs structural drawings and organiser approval, and the allowance depends on which hall you are in, so ask before the concept stage.
How much notice do you need?
Four to six weeks is comfortable for a custom stand. Three weeks means overtime and expedited material. We will tell you straight if a date is not realistic rather than take the booking and disappoint you on site.
