The brief
A big footprint is easy to fill and hard to make feel finished. An open span with nothing to hold the eye reads as empty rather than premium, and a deep stand loses people at the entrance if there is no reason to walk in.

Retail Pavilion — Walnut, Burl & Coffered Light
A large walk-in pavilion in burl and walnut laminate: colonnaded entry, a coffered ceiling carrying rows of downlights, framed display niches down both walls, and a jali-fronted reception island on the centre line.

What we built
Columns and a beamed, coffered ceiling break the span into bays, so the space reads as a room instead of a tent. Display niches are framed and recessed into both side walls with concealed lighting, and a continuous cove line runs at skirting level to lift the floor. The reception island sits centre-rear behind a laser-cut jali front, so the sightline down the pavilion ends on the brand rather than on a blank back wall.
The result
A pavilion visitors walk into and stay in, with product held at eye level along the full length instead of crowded at the front.
