Exhibition stall design and fabrication at Pragati Maidan.
Most of India's trade calendar runs out of this complex on Mathura Road. IITF, Aahar, Bharat Tex, and the shows that matter to anyone selling in north India. We design and build custom wooden stands here out of our own Delhi workshop, and install them with our own crew.
Our workshop is inside Delhi, so a Pragati Maidan build is a city move: no interstate freight, no permit window to miss.

What exhibiting at Pragati Maidan actually involves
Pragati Maidan is a complex, not a single hall. Since the IECC redevelopment it holds both the older exhibition halls and the new convention block, and which part you are in changes almost everything about your build: the aisle widths, the gate you bring material through, and how long you get on site before doors open.
The thing that catches first-time exhibitors out is not design. It is the build-up slot. Organisers here hand out narrow windows, and a stand that arrives as loose plywood and a carpenter is a stand that is still being sanded when the show opens. We pre-assemble in the workshop and bring in finished modules, which turns install into bolting and levelling rather than building.
How we work here
You get drawings first: plan, elevations and a render you can actually show your management, not a mood board. Once the design is signed off, joinery happens in our own workshop. Nothing is subcontracted to a third-party fabricator, which is the difference between a finish you approved and a finish somebody else decided was close enough.
On site, our own crew installs. The same people who built the stand put it up, so when something needs adjusting at 2am on the night before doors, the person holding the drill knows how it was made.
Double-storey stands
A mezzanine buys you a private meeting room without giving up floor space, and it reads from three aisles away. It also needs structural drawings, the organiser's written approval and enough clear height above your plot. Check the height allowance for your specific hall before you fall in love with a two-level concept. The answer differs across the complex, and it is not negotiable once the plan is stamped.

ExplorePragati Maidan, answered.
Do you build exhibition stalls at Pragati Maidan?
Yes. We design and fabricate custom wooden stands for shows across the Pragati Maidan complex, including Bharat Mandapam. Design, joinery and finishing happen in our own Delhi workshop and our own crew installs on site.
What does a custom stall at Pragati Maidan cost?
Custom wooden stands run roughly ₹1,400–2,400 per square foot of stall area before GST. A 6×6m island stand therefore lands somewhere around ₹5.5–9.5 lakh depending on storey count, finish and lighting. Our cost estimator gives you a range for your own brief in about a minute.
How early should we book stall fabrication?
Four to six weeks before the show is comfortable. Three weeks is doable but means overtime shifts and expedited material, which is the most avoidable line on any quote. Under two weeks we will tell you honestly whether we can do it properly.
Can you handle organiser approvals and drawings?
Yes. Stand drawings, structural details for double-decker builds and the organiser submission are part of the job, not an extra. We coordinate with ITPO and the show organiser directly.
Do you outsource the fabrication?
No. Design, joinery and finishing all happen in our own workshop, and our own crew installs on site. The studio that draws your concept is the team that builds it.
Can the stand be re-used at the next show?
Yes, if you tell us that up front. Building to dismantle and re-skin costs about 15% more the first time and saves the entire fabrication cost the second. If you exhibit twice a year it pays for itself immediately.
