How much does an exhibition stall cost in Delhi?

A straight answer with real per-square-foot numbers for custom wooden stands in Delhi/NCR, and the five things that actually move the price.

How much does an exhibition stall cost in Delhi?

Custom wooden exhibition stands in Delhi/NCR run roughly ₹1,400 to ₹2,400 per square foot of stall area — about ₹15,000 to ₹26,000 per square metre. A 6×6m island stand (36 sqm, ~388 sqft) therefore lands somewhere between ₹5.5 lakh and ₹9.5 lakh before GST, depending on what you put in it.

That range is wide for a reason. Five things move it more than anything else:

1. Single or double storey

A mezzanine adds structure, staircase, railing and load calculations. Budget roughly 40% on top of the ground-floor cost — and check the organiser allows it before you design one.

2. Material and joinery detail

Laminate on ply is the base. Veneer, solid timber edges, fluted panels and curved work each add labour hours in the workshop, and labour is the majority of a custom stand.

3. Backlighting and fascia

A backlit logo wall reads from three aisles away. It is also wiring, diffusion and heat management, which is why it sits closer to 8% of the build than the 2% people expect.

4. Re-use

Building to dismantle and re-skin costs about 15% more up front and saves the entire fabrication cost the second time. If you exhibit twice a year, it pays for itself immediately.

5. How long you give us

Under three weeks means overtime shifts and expedited material. It is doable — we do it — but it is the most avoidable line on the quote.
